PART 2: Cold Brewing - Life Through Tea
Share
Cold Brew Method
◆ We suggest a tea-to-water ratio of 1:50, but this might be a bit strong. Feel free to adjust according to your tea-drinking habits, or try multiple times to find your perfect balance.
◆ Use room temperature water. Pour it into a cold brew container, add the tea leaves, and tightly seal the lid. Place it in the fridge.
◆ Let it steep for 12-24 hours. You can adjust the time based on your taste, but make sure it steeps for at least 12 hours.
Tips:
- Don’t shake the container while it's steeping.
- You can keep it in the fridge for up to 72 hours.
- Once you take it out of the fridge, try to finish it within 30 minutes.
- After pouring some tea, put the container back in the fridge and finish the rest within 24 hours.
All our teas can be cold brewed, so feel free to adjust based on your preference. Just remember to let it steep for at least 12 hours for the best taste. Shaking can cause spoilage as the tea leaves are very nutritious. If the tea looks cloudy, it might be spoiled. Always keep it still in the fridge for up to 72 hours, and avoid shaking for the best quality.
