Episode 11: Dive into the charm of matcha

In the 11th episode, we are spilling the tea with Maren, the co-founder of Leaf&Buds. Established with her friend Kartini Sutoto, Leaf&Buds aims to share the world of tea to people in the West. Calling herself a big tea nerd, Maren shared her experience about learning tea in Japan, and her passion about Japanese tea. In the interview, she explained the difference between Chinese tea and Japanese tea, and how they taste. She also shared the process of how to make matcha, and a fun fact as to “why matcha is so expensive?”
