Brewing Instructions for 110ml Gaiwan

• Use a 110ml gaiwan for optimal flavor.
• First brew: Pour hot water directly over the leaves and immediately decant.
• Second brew: Repeat the same method.
• Third brew: Pour hot water directly over the leaves, steep for 3-5 seconds, then decant.
• Fourth brew: Follow the same method, steeping for 3-5 seconds.
• Fifth brew: Pour water along the edge of the bowl, steep for 15 seconds, then decant.
• Sixth brew: Again, pour water along the edge of the bowl, steep for 15 seconds, then decant.
• Seventh brew: Pour water along the edge of the bowl, steep for 20 seconds, then decant.
• Eighth brew: Pour water along the edge of the bowl, steep for 25 seconds, then decant.
