Brewing Method:

  1. Add 500ml–750ml of red wine into the pot.
  2. Take the spice pack out of its packaging and add it to the red wine.
  3. Heat on low until small bubbles form (around 70°C), then turn off the heat.
  4. Cover the pot and let it sit for 5 minutes. If someone prefers less alcohol, you can let it sit for another 3–5 minutes to reduce the alcohol content further.
  5. Strain the contents of the pot, and your warm mulled wine is ready to enjoy!
  6. For a refreshing variation, try using the spiced wine as the base for a Spanish sangria.
